The main research instrument of the project is a representative comparative social survey conducted globally every five years.\n\nThis dataset only includes a selection of questions related to trust:\n<ul>\n  <li>Generally speaking, would you say that most people can be trusted or that you need to be very careful in dealing with people?</li>\n  <li>Could you tell me whether you trust people from you meet for the first time completely, somewhat, not very much or not at all?</li>\n  <li>Could you tell me whether you trust people you know personally completely, somewhat, not very much or not at all?</li>\n  <li>Could you tell me how much confidence you have in the government?
